Website Accessibility Fixes (WCAG 2.2) for Small Business

Some visitors use only a keyboard. Others zoom the page far in or use a screen reader. If your menu, form, or checkout fails for them, they cannot reach you. We test your site against WCAG 2.2 level AA, then fix what the test finds.

Starting at $1,490 for the audit, and from $2,900 for fixes on up to 15 pages. Together that is from $4,390.

We say "brought to WCAG 2.2 AA as checked by our test." We do not say "ADA compliant." That is a legal status, and only a court or a lawyer can speak to it. We also have no accessibility client case yet, so we promise a method, not a result.

What you get

Package Price What it includes
Audit Starting at $1,490 Test of your key pages against WCAG 2.2 AA, with a written list of every failure, where it is, and how to fix it
Fixes From $2,900, up to 15 pages We fix the failures in your page code and templates, then re-test the same pages
Re-test report Included with fixes Pass or fail for each item on the original list

Your quote names the pages and templates in scope. Sites where fixes touch many unique templates, or code we cannot edit, are quoted separately.

The process

  1. Pick the pages. Home, contact, your main service pages, and any form or checkout.
  2. Test. Automated checks, plus a person using only the keyboard, zooming in, and reading the page order. Automated checks cannot judge everything, so a person looks too.
  3. Report. Every failure with the page, the element, and the fix.
  4. Fix. If you buy fixes, we change the code and content.
  5. Re-test. We run the same test and give you the result, item by item.

What changed in WCAG 2.2

WCAG 2.2 added nine success criteria. Six are at levels A and AA, the ones most sites aim for. One old rule, 4.1.1 Parsing, was removed. We test all six new ones.

Criterion Level What it asks, in plain words
2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum) AA When a keyboard user tabs to a link or button, a sticky bar or banner must not hide it completely
2.5.7 Dragging Movements AA Anything done by dragging must also work with a simple click or tap
2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) AA Buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, with exceptions
3.2.6 Consistent Help A If you offer help (a phone number, chat), it sits in the same place on each page
3.3.7 Redundant Entry A Don't make people retype what they already gave in the same process
3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (Minimum) AA A login must not depend on solving a puzzle or remembering something with no alternative

What it costs, next to published ranges

We found two public price points. They come from one accessibility firm, so treat them as one view, not "the market."

Published range Our price
Audit $1,250 to $2,750 for most audits Starting at $1,490
Fixes by an outside developer $100 to $200 per hour, typically 15 to 40 hours, so $1,500 to $8,000 by our arithmetic From $2,900, up to 15 pages

That firm says price depends on site size, code complexity, and how much needs fixing. It measures size by unique templates, not by page count. We do the same: your quote lists templates, not only pages.

What we do not promise

FAQ

What does "brought to WCAG 2.2 AA by test" mean?

On the pages in scope, every item in our test passed at re-test on the date of the report. New content added later has not been tested.

Do we need the audit first?

Yes. The audit list is what we fix against, and it sets the scope of the fix quote.

Can you fix a site built on a platform we cannot edit?

Only where the platform lets us change the code or settings. We check during the audit and say what is out of reach.

What about PDFs and videos?

They are not in the base scope. We list them in the audit and quote them separately.

Will fixes change how the site looks?

Mostly small changes, such as contrast, focus outlines, and button sizes. We show you before anything goes live.
