Google Ads and Local Services Ads Management

We set up and run your Google search ads and, where your business qualifies, Local Services Ads. You pay Google for the ads directly. You pay us a management fee on top.

Starting at $890 per month, or 15% of your monthly ad spend, whichever is greater.

The break-even point is $5,933 of monthly spend. Below it, the $890 minimum applies. Above it, the fee is 15% of what you spend. At $8,000 of spend the fee is $1,200.

What you get

Part What it covers
Account setup or audit Your Google Ads account, in your name, with your billing
Tracking Phone calls and form submissions counted as results, so reports use real events
Campaign build Keywords, negative keywords, and ad text written from your services and service area
Local Services Ads Eligibility check, then setup help if your category and area qualify
Budget control An agreed monthly cap in writing before launch
Monthly report Spend, clicks, calls, forms, and cost per result as your tracking records them

How often we review the account, and how many campaigns the fee covers, are set in your written quote.

The process

  1. Scoping call. Services, area, and the monthly amount you are ready to spend.
  2. Tracking first. No campaign starts until calls and forms are counted.
  3. Launch. Small budgets and few campaigns, so mistakes stay cheap.
  4. Review. We read the search terms people used and block the ones that waste money.
  5. Report. You see the spend and the results side by side.

What the fee looks like at different budgets

Fee = the greater of $890 or 15% of ad spend. These spend levels are examples.

Monthly ad spend (paid to Google) 15% of spend Our fee Fee as share of spend
$1,000 $150 $890 89.0%
$2,000 $300 $890 44.5%
$5,000 $750 $890 17.8%
$5,933 $890 $890 15.0%
$8,000 $1,200 $1,200 15.0%
$10,000 $1,500 $1,500 15.0%

At $2,000 of spend, our fee is 44.5% of your Google bill. With a small budget, the website and tracking may deserve that money first.

The fee grows with spend, so we agree on a monthly cap in writing. We do not raise it without your approval.

How the two ad types work

Search ads Local Services Ads
How you set cost You set an average daily budget. Google can spend up to 2 times it on one day, but you are not charged more than 30.4 times the daily budget in a month. At $100 a day, that cap is $3,040. Source: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1704424 Pay-per-lead: you pay when a customer contacts you. What you need first A Google Ads account and billing Verification: background checks, license and insurance documents, and a verified Google Business Profile. Some categories also need reviews. Same Widewail source
Badge None A Google badge for verified businesses. The badge name differs by listing. Same Widewail source

Widewail is a third-party company, not Google. Check current rules in your own Google account before you pay for setup.

What we do not promise

FAQ

Who owns the ad account?

You do. It sits in your name with your billing, so you keep it if we part ways.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

We do not set one. The table above shows what our fee means for small budgets.

Can I see where the money goes?

Yes. You have access to your own Google Ads account, and the monthly report lists spend by campaign.

Do you run Facebook or other ads?

Not under this plan.

Is there a contract?

Terms and the notice period are in your written quote.
