The process
- Collect the questions. We list what your customers ask by phone, email, and form.
- Write the answers. You approve each one. The chat only answers from this library.
- Connect the CRM. We send a test lead through and check it lands in the right place.
- Pilot with review. We read the conversations together and correct mistakes.
- Report. You get counts: conversations, leads captured, handoffs, wrong answers.

What we do not promise
- We do not promise more leads or more sales. We have not measured that for a client.
- We do not promise the chat will answer every question. Unknown questions go to a person.
- We do not let the chat quote prices, book jobs, or make commitments you have not approved.
- We do not hide that it is automated.
FAQ
Will the chat make things up?
It can be wrong. That is why it answers only from the library you approved and hands off anything else. We read real conversations with you to catch mistakes.
Can it book appointments?
Only if you ask for it and we confirm your calendar tool allows it. Booking is quoted in your written scope.
Does it work with our CRM?
We check before quoting. If your CRM has no connection option, we say so and suggest alternatives.
What happens to chat data?
Transcripts are saved with the lead in your CRM. We name every outside service the chat uses in your quote.
Is this the same as an AI receptionist for phone calls?
No. This page covers chat on your website. Phone answering is a separate service.
